Terms & Conditions

Congratulations on winning a Thermomix Masterclass! 🎉

We can’t wait to cook with you and your friends. Please read the following Terms & Conditions before booking your Masterclass.

1. Prize Validity

Your Masterclass prize is valid for 6 months from the date of the show or event at which the prize was won.

Your Masterclass must be booked and held within this six-month period unless otherwise agreed by Donna or Jeanine.

2. Your Masterclass

Your prize is for a Thermomix Masterclass for you + 2 friends, meaning a minimum of 3 attendees is required for the Masterclass to proceed.

We will only travel to conduct a Masterclass where the winner and at least two additional guests will be attending.

You are welcome to discuss having additional guests with us when booking.

3. Masterclass Options

Your winning ticket will specify the Masterclass you have won. Masterclasses may include:

Cocktail & Mocktail Masterclass
Italian Masterclass
Sweet Treats Masterclass
Entertaining Masterclass
Girls’ Night In Masterclass
Mystery Masterclass

Recipes and menus may vary depending on availability, dietary requirements, location and practicality.

For a Mystery Masterclass, Donna or Jeanine will select the theme and menu for you.

4. Booking Your Masterclass

Masterclasses are by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

Please scan the QR code on your winning ticket and complete the booking form.

Donna or Jeanine will then contact you to discuss suitable dates, your location, menu and any other requirements.

5. Location & Travel

Masterclasses are available within a reasonable travelling distance of Donna or Jeanine.

Donna and Jeanine are Australia Wide Thermomix Consultants; however, this does not mean that we can personally travel to every location within Australia.

If you are outside our usual service area, please contact us and we will discuss what options may be available. Where appropriate and agreed, we may arrange for another Thermomix Consultant to assist with your Masterclass.

6. Ingredients

We will provide the dry goods and ingredients that can reasonably and safely be transported to your Masterclass.

Because some ingredients are difficult to transport or need to remain refrigerated or frozen, we may ask the host to provide certain ingredients.

These may include things such as:

Meat, seafood, dairy products, frozen foods, ice, fresh produce or other refrigerated/frozen ingredients.

We will let you know what, if anything, you need to provide before your Masterclass, so there are no surprises on the day.

7. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please tell us about all allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements when booking your Masterclass.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or completely eliminate the possibility of cross-contamination.

8. Cocktail & Mocktail Masterclasses

Where alcohol forms part of a Cocktail & Mocktail Masterclass, alcoholic drinks will only be prepared for or consumed by attendees who are 18 years of age or older.

The host may be required to provide any alcoholic beverages required for the recipes. We will advise you beforehand if this is the case.

Mocktail and non-alcoholic alternatives can also be included.

9. What We Need From the Host

Unless otherwise agreed, Donna or Jeanine will bring the Thermomix equipment required to conduct the Masterclass.

The host will need to provide a safe and suitable cooking environment including:

Adequate bench or preparation space
Access to electricity
Running water and a sink
Suitable refrigeration/freezer access where required
A safe environment for cooking and demonstrating the Thermomix.

10. Thermomix Will Be Centre Stage

This is a Thermomix Masterclass, so naturally the Thermomix will be centre stage throughout the experience.

During your Masterclass, we will demonstrate the Thermomix, cook together and share tips, tricks, features and ideas designed to help you see what the Thermomix can do.

You and your guests are encouraged to ask questions, get involved and enjoy the experience.

11. No Obligation to Purchase

There is absolutely no expectation or obligation for the winner or any of their guests to purchase a Thermomix as a result of attending the Masterclass.

At the end of the Masterclass, Donna or Jeanine may ask attendees whether they are interested in purchasing a Thermomix or would like further information.

This simply gives anyone who is interested an opportunity to ask questions, learn about current purchasing options or discuss what happens next.

No purchase is necessary and there is no expectation that a sale will result from the Masterclass.

We want you and your guests to relax, enjoy the experience, learn something new and have fun with us.

12. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans sometimes change.

If you need to change your booking, please give us as much notice as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to arrange another suitable date.

Any rescheduled Masterclass should still take place within the original six-month validity period, unless otherwise agreed.

Repeated cancellations, failure to attend an agreed booking or failure to provide reasonable notice may result in the prize being forfeited.

13. Prize Is Not Redeemable for Cash

The Masterclass prize:

Has no cash redemption value
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be exchanged for MixShop credit or Thermomix products
Cannot be resold.

14. Transferring Your Prize

If you are unable to use your Masterclass prize, you may request to transfer it to another person.

Any transfer must be agreed with Donna or Jeanine and the Masterclass must still be redeemed within the original six-month validity period.

15. Changes to Recipes or Masterclass

Sometimes ingredients, recipes or other elements of a Masterclass may need to change due to availability, dietary requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative while maintaining the overall theme and experience of the Masterclass.

16. Your Winning Ticket

Please keep your winning Gachapon ticket until your prize has been confirmed.

We may ask you to provide your winning ticket or other reasonable proof of your prize when making your booking.
